Who you’re buying from
What the Hell Is AI? is sold by Superagenting Pte Ltd, Singapore — that’s the name you’ll see on your invoice and card statement. Questions, invoices, tax forms:george@what-the-hell-is-ai.com.
What you’re buying
Two things are sold here. The $49 package is theFirst-Principles AI Foundations course, a completion certificate, and the book (EPUB + PDF). The book on its own is $9.99. Team seat packs buy the same$49 package for several people at once.
How course access works
The course lives at course.what-the-hell-is-ai.com. You sign in with your email address and a six-digit code — there is no password to set or forget. Access is tied to the email address that bought it (or, for a team seat, the address the seat was assigned to). Access does not expire, but see “If you refund” below.
The book files are DRM-free because we trust you. A single purchase is a personal licence: your copy, on any of your devices. Please don’t redistribute it beyond your household.
The certificate
Finish the course and pass the final assessment (80%, retake as often as you like) and you get a completion certificate. It certifies that you completed this course.It is not an accredited qualification, it is not issued by any awarding body or university, and it does not guarantee any job, promotion or earnings outcome. We won’t pretend otherwise.
Team seats
A team pack buys a fixed number of seats. You administer them from a company dashboard: assign a seat to a specific work email address, or approve your company’s domain so colleagues can claim seats themselves. Your own admin access does not use up a seat — if you want to take the course too, assign yourself one.
Seats are consumed when assigned or claimed. Removing an unclaimed assignment frees the seat again. Removing access from someone who has already claimed a seat blocks them but does not return the seat to your pool — the seat was sold. Need more people covered? Buy another pack. Self-serve goes up to 100 seats; above that, email for a quote and an invoice.
Your dashboard shows who has been assigned a seat, how far through they are, when they were last active, and who has completed. It deliberately does not show their quiz answers or assessment choices. Not for resale or distribution outside the company.
Refunds
Every purchase carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. Love it, or your money back. Take the course, read the book — if it doesn’t finally make AI click for you, email me within 60 days and I’ll refund every cent. No forms, no hard feelings. (The book files stay yours; course access closes when the refund goes through.)Email george@what-the-hell-is-ai.com.
If you refund, course access ends. A full refund (or a chargeback) revokes the licence, and for a team order that means the whole company’s seats. Your progress isn’t deleted, so if you come back it is still there — but you won’t be able to sign in to the course meanwhile. Refunding the $49 package returns the whole package, including the book.
Payments & tax
Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch this site. Prices are in USD. Where required, tax is added at checkout. Business buyers can enter a company name and tax ID at checkout for an itemized invoice; POs, bank transfer and net-30 are available for larger orders by email.
The usual
The course and the book are provided “as is”. They are a plain-English explainer — not legal, financial, security or other professional advice — and completing them creates no compliance certification of any kind.
